Peach Bellinis

Peach Bellinis

•    1 Cup of Frozen Peaches
•    1 Tablespoon of Sugar.
•    1/2 Cup of Water.
•    1 Bottle of Prosecco or a sparkling white Italian wine

Blend frozen fruit, sugar, and water together until smooth.
Scoop a heaping tablespoon of puree into the bottom a champagne flute and slowly pour in prosecco.

*If using fresh fruit, make puree and refrigerate until well chilled before mixing cocktails.
