No Bake Cheesecake Mix
1 Lemon (juiced)
1 tsp lemon zest
1 1/2 cup Milk
Mini Pie Crusts
In large bowl mix cheesecake mix with milk, lemon juice and lemon zest. Mix until well blended. If too thick, add in a little more lemon juice or milk.
Bake pie crusts, unfilled, in oven at 350 degrees until golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Fill pie crusts with cheesecake mixture and top with fresh sliced fruit. Place in refrigerator to chill until ready to serve.
